No feedback to complaint Ref 1156313

I refer to complaint to Hellopeter 5th August together with the response from Cell C, also 5th August stating that Ruth would contact me during the course of the day (5th August). This has not happened and I find it extremely discourteous and disrespectful. The complaint was about a new contract taken out with Nelson Kgokane at Cresta branch where he quoted me R149 per month for the complete package of a Blackberry phone. I have subsequently discovered my bank account has been debited with an amount of R186. This is R37 more than I was quoted. I contacted Nelson who promised to resolve the matter and he acknowedged that he had in fact quoted me the R149 per month. Nelson has since contacted me but there has been no finalisation of the matter. I find this very disturbing and not becoming of a reputable company. I am so annoyed that as my 3 current contracts with Cell C become due I will move to another service provider. However right now I want this matter resolved within 48 hours failing which I have no choice but to take legal action against Cell C
