Bad Service I Have Received

The purpose of this communique is to inform you about the bad service I am receiving from 8ta/Telkom, which continues to be a very terrible exception for me. I am certain that once you are aware of what transpired you will be as appalled as I am. I have two contracts with 8ta/Telkom Telecommunications services, been the good customer that I deliberately made sure that I do not miss my monthly payments. On February 2013 I changed my bank account and the debit order remained on the previous bank of which I accidentally missed the payment, two days I received a call from an agent asking me when am I going to make payment, I responded by saying "next week" and suddenly a day later my account was blocked. I rushed to the bank and paid the owing amount but my account remained blocked. From thereon I informed the call centre about the situation, I went to the branch, visited 8ta/Telkom stores, after thousands and thousands of fail attempts to restore my service/number i was informed that there is nothing they can do about the issue and that all my patience and relentless affords was all in vain. It has been three months now and my patience has worn thin. My contract number is (0817065532)
