Reneging of Contractual Terms

My contract came up for renewal and i negotiated an sms bundle (80 SMS) to be added to my contract at no cost. For the first few months, this was correctly reflected on my bill. However this has since changed and i no longer receive the free bundle. No notice was given in this regard. I contacted the upgrade centre as was advised by the call centre. They said that the manager on duty was busy and would contact me to resolve. Weeks later i hadn't received a call. I contacted the customer care centre regarding this matter. They acknowledged that i had called previously and confirmed that the bundle had been negotiated and offered through the recordings of the call made. They offered to repay me for the months in which i was charged incorrectly. My next statement did not reflect this reversal nor the SMS bundle. I contacted customer care centre again in this regard. They agreed to call within 48 hours to confirm the query had been resolved. This call was made on the 21st of February 2013, Reference number 3022200481. I have yet to receive a call in regards to this issue. Only calls presurising me to upgrade another of my contracts.
