I literally give up with our mobile systems. Everyone has access to it and can bill you for whatever and however they feel like. I have sent a email (which they state you should do) they insist to reply stop to any sms's you have received (I have never received one!!!) and yet they take up to R40 a day for what exactly? It is 6 days later with no successful response! Is this at all a legitimate way of earning a living? Or should we start returning to the stone age by literally posting messages via a post office?! Within a few days they took R100 worth of airtime without any consent! According to law that is not legit! Consumer protection law states: "suppliers are not permitted to make a transaction or agreement if the terms and conditions are contrary to the consumer protection act" Including - subject the consumer to conduct. This seems pretty much as a scheme seeing as there is no consent whatsoever. Hopefully this will get a response seeing as all consumers aren't always uneducated.
