Since i started using Ibusrt, i have had nothing but horrible service.
I landed up being in arrears and not being notified for 3 months of them not debiting my account. then finding out they had being debiting another ladies account and had to first refund her monies in order to rectify my issue of clearing my arrears. i have been dealing with many representatives at iburst including a lady by the name of Cynthia for the financial dept. Now in august i looked at my bank stats and noticed i have been debited R30 and not the total amount of 270, so i query this and still no proper feed back, i have had enough and am unsure of what legal action i can take as i am forced to stay in the 24 month contract., i am now dealing with consumer corporation..
