Can’t take the incompetent service anymore

On the back of my previous complaint regarding billing of Data, I was called and assisted. I thought the issue was now resolved as I had taken out an additional 500mb bundle. My statement arrived a month later and I see that this was not loaded and no record of this exists. I am pulling my hair out at the incompetence associated with Cell C. On top of this I never have reception and calls drop constantly. The only way to satisfy me would be to release me from the 2 year contact I signed. (The worst Decision I have ever made).
