I joined Cell C several months ago and was very happy with the network quality and speed for the first few months, but during the last few months, I am experiencing severe issues on multiple devices - slow or unusable internet, numerous call drops/failures. Their other IT systems are crumbling as well - if you buy once-off data on contract once you cannot buy the same again without contacting customer care. Customer care is another area which has suffered severe deterioration - it is an experience similar to calling vodacom - people who are not properly trained or treat customers rudely. If you need on quality and persistent data or call connections, do not rely on Cell C.
