I have successfully applied for a iPhone on contract via the Cell C Call Centre and received brilliant friendly informative service from the agent on the other side.
I ordered my phone around 2 weeks ago and have still not received it. I call everyday to follow up my application and the 084 145 line rings for hours on end with no answer.
It might be Apples shocking delivery to RSA, but the call centre response time and order management are both appalling.
