I called the call centre since my line had been suspended from the 18/01/203 so i called them today to find out what was wrong with my account, I was told that it was put on collection etc not sure what is the correct name I then asked how did that happen but no response was given all i was told was sorry your lines will work within 24hours. How does that help me? i was not given a answer as a customer. This was not the first time i received a service from MTN it is as if they doing me a favor by helping me out as much as It is a contract phone but i pay for it and not expecting attitude or service when i needed. I have ignored this several times but clearly nothing is improving with their service if i were to request the last two calls I made to the call center it will be clear how dissatified I was with the service. I sure can not wait till this contract ends and just settle the other one
