Receiving damage and intermittent or NO emails or 3000 mails repeated! And not the 1st time! Phoning customer service is a joke. "we are aware of the problem but can give no satisfactory answer" Very bad for my business as I am told by customers that they cannot successfully forward my mails. I am now in the process of investigating alternative SP's after many loyal years. If the staff at @lantic cannot provide a professional and logic reason, I can only assume that finances are causing this. No notices are sent either to warn or explain the situation. I need a solution not an explanation or apology as my business provides food on my table!!!
