No you have not resolved the issue

I wrote a complaint 2 weeks ago about being handed over to a debt collection agency regarding an outstanding account on an old sim card that we had on a modem from 2011. Cell C contacted me back stating that this is indeed the case and that I owe these funds. I was in hospital wacked out of my skull on meds when they called and now I'm hoping that this can be sorted out.

We have since confirmed that we made all 12 payments for the 1 year contract and informed Cell C Hatfield of our notice to cancel the service on 03/05/2012 (I have proof thereof), so please advise as to HOW the heck we still owe money on this. I would appreciate an email contact to whom I can send all my correspondence to to have this sorted out for once and for all. I would also like to know as to WHY I only hear about this over a year and a half later??
