In May I did research on all the S4 deals that various mobile operators put on offer, and decided that I would go with CellC as their price was the best, but sadly I took for granted that aspects such as organisation, customer service and general attitude would be above par or even on par.
I was adamant to retain my number so I was told that migrating would take a full month, which I waited, then on the 1st of June I went in to collect my phone, only to be told that a previous account was in arrears by R63, 23, with I settled the very same day. Then we did as instructed and forwarded the proof of payment. I was told to wait 2 weeks, only to be told that the issue lay with the legal department, so I contacted the legal department only to be told, the issue lay with the finance department, this rat-race that ensued took another full month. After much frustration and no one actually bothering to help me. My repeated requests (private) email, twitter DM, Facebook inbox for someone in a position of authority to tell me what the is going on fell on deaf ears. I want someone to contact my dad (contract holder) and fix this mess immediately by the 12/08/13 as he is out of SA.
