Re: EM-3094415-1 When i took my contract telephonically in 2012, the guy that assisted me told me that i qualify for 1 month insurance and then they will charge me. i told hem that he should cancel it because i dont need it. He told me that for that month it is for free wherether i want it or not then he will stop it. It is now 2013 and i am still paying the R85.50 I have requested Elite mobile that i want this policy to be cancelled and up to now it is still not cancelled. I spoke to a certain guy at elite mobile to inform them that i no longer want this contract as i dont see it's use. I want it to be cancelled with immediate effect.
