My intenet usage

Before i could google anything i have a contract with MTN i have all the access and they informed me since i renewed my contract before this new social thing came into place i still am on the old BIS but to my amazement when i tried googling something and i go into the website it tells me i have no access as i dont have the bundle to surf the web so please tell me why do they have the right to change your contract agreement without you signing a new one and them not informing you of these changezs im so fed up with MTN there customer service including call centres and there specials on new contracts and they very expensive for the amount of things they offe
