When my contract with MTN expired, I looked around for better offers at the other service providers. When checking with MTN, they assured me that their MTN Anytime 750 is the best and although Cell C' offered more for less, I was convinced by the MTN office that the Cell C coverage was not great and that I would run into many problem areas. The fact that I was a MTN customer also made it a lot easier to stay with them and as they were offering this wonderful new package, it made sense to stay with MTN.
I was specifically told that this MTN Anytime 750 would give me R750-00 of airtime, 750 sms's, 750MB data and an additional 180minutes to any MTN number. NOTHING WAS MENTIONED THAT THE ADDITIONAL SMS'S WERE ONLY TO MTN NUMBERS AND THAT YOU FIRST HAVE TO USE THE R750-00 AIRTIME BEFORE YOU USE THE ADDITIONAL 180 MINUTES TO ANY MTN NUMBER!!! I was sold a lemon once again from MTN and it is absolutely disgusting that they advertise and sell through their sales staff, something that is totally different that what you get and pay for!
Needless to say that they want absolutely nothing to do with you if you are unhappy.
