Recently I had my account hacked causing my finances to be beyond horrid.
When contacting Afrihost and letting them know what happened, they were more than happy to keep my services (Virtual server and ADSL roaming account) running and gave me details to do the payment manually when the issue was resolved.
Afrihost have been a Delight to deal with. Never having any complaints about assisting me both from a support side, and with assistance on anything else i have enquired about from them.
Having been with MWeb and Webafrica both accredited with various "best service in field data and gaming" respectively I can say without hesitation that it is completely false. Afrihost have provided superior service on both fronts, with only a minuscule difference in service with Webafrica ALONE. Mweb not even worth mentioning, Afrihost are Tops.
I am Happy and proud to always tell people who I'm using as my ISP and always suggest them, no one that has moved over has had anything less than good things to say as well.
