Still waiting for fault to be repaired

Reported a faulted first week in december. Received an SMS on tuesday 3dec that the fault has been restored - but our line was not working (1008ctk281113). We then reported the fault again - 648ckt031213 - still no working line. We have been phoning daily to check on progress but nothing. Why do I pay for a land line with asdl when I have to use 3G.
