I am just shocked at this company's lack of customer service. This is the second time that I am experiencing issues with MTN, and I am NOT EVEN A MTN CUSTOMER! The first time someone opened an account in my name and now my banking details were used to purchase R1000 of airtime! How is all of this possible, within the space of 2 months??! To make it worse... when I try and call the call centre to report this matter, I get a "This line is busy.. please try again later! Are you kidding me - and this is a telecommunications company??? My matter is urgent and I need this sorted out and looked into ASAP.
