Since the inception, i have had nothing but displeasure with Mtn sp. I have had problems from the onset, ranging from a literally day old contract not being able to make calls, utilise the internet or BIS.
I have had occcurences where debit order instruction is unsuccessful (to my understanding, there were complications, fair enough) or the magtape runs on the wrong day or it does not at all. A double debit was recently set-off, a supposed once-off arrangement, which our " friendly" consultants conveniently omiited to cancel... (sigh) Anyway I must admit and I will be brutally honest . it has been a tedious, unpleasant journey, and I have ABSOLUTELY no intention of renewing, or savouring this relationship. (NO LOVE LOST I GUESS) I wish this contract could end tomorrow, that of course, is wishful thinking, so i will dreadfully wait out the remainder of my contract. In a nutshell, good service is what sets one service provider, apart from another..UR SERVICE ..THANKS, BUT NO THANKS...
