I needed my BIS to be reactivated after my contract expired. I loaded the R60 but I cannot load BIS. I have called numerous time and I was told that they would sort it out within 2-24 hrs.
It has been over 100 hours since I have complained and there has been no response, the supervisor was going to call me but he failed to do so and wasted my time (Mr Puckree). I am sitting with R60 in my account, there has been no attempt to give me vouchers or anything to make it up to me. I have been with 8ta for 19 months and I regret every minute.
It looks like I need to port to a new service provider because 8ta and are the furthest thing from professional and and have made no attempt to compensate me.
