Have called telkom for four days now complaining that our Internet service is down and we use it for work purposes so therefore we are currently loosing money as we have no way to access the Internet except via or mobiles. Everytime we call to lay a complaint the response we receive is " we are working on your complaint". I'm sorry that's not good enough. We have had to wait four days and its getting to the point now where we are looking to Change to a new network.
