This is a second complains and I still have not received any way forward and I still do not have a phone - I spoke to Nan on your chat service on Thursday 02/08 and she promised to speak to the manager comeback as soon as possible. I even faxed the report from HVRC Repairs
Veronica did not give me a way forward??? What need to be done regarding my phone that has been written off by MTN
I know you don't care about your customers at all - can you at least have a decency of telling what do I need to do - since I'm paying - or should I just stop paying for this contract??
