Upgraded my contract in May, took a Blackberry 9900. What a piece of. Reboots during phone calls, goes off the network whenever accessing internet services and now the cursor jumps when typing a message making it nearly impossible to use. Went to the Cresta shop today and was told to give it in for repairs. Why? S yo can keep it for three weeks and then I have the same problems again. According to the CPA consumers have the right to a replacement product (not refurbished!) within six months. When asking about cancelling the contract I was told that I would need to pay 100% of the outstanding term. what rubbish! That is illegal too! Upon reading articles online, i found you are "generous" by only requiring 75% of the outstanding term. Daylight! I want a new phone, not refurbished, not fixed, NEW! Oh, and apparently you dont have the terms and conditions I signed available. Isn't that illegal too?
