Third time on HP but still ignored

Please refer to my two previous posting regarding your non-existing data coverage. First time I was contacted by a rude Blanche and nothing happened. Second time only an empty promise on HP that somebody will contact me, I am still waiting. Why post an empty promise on HP. Sort it out or cancel my contract because your service is not ad advertised. I must admit of all companies in RSA you are on the bottom of the good to bad page.
