I have been contacted after my previous complaint and promised that an investigation will be started. It was an empty promise as I still have no service on Cell C. Although the phone shows that the signal strength is good, no SMS's or data is working.
I am still roaming on Vodacom, which seems to have much better service, and was promised by Cell C that I will have no extra charches.
Really disappointed.
