Stuck in lift over and hour - 112 number useless

I was stuck in a lift for an hour and a half. There was no emergency number on the inside, so I phoned the police and fire brigade, of course no help from them. I then phoned the medical aid's emergency number. They tried putting me through to MTN 112. No answer. After that, I tried MTN 112 myself, no answer.
