My Mother and I was stuck in one of the lifts in the mall for 15 minutes. We pressed the emergency buttons several times but there was no response. One of the security guards was just standing there, no help at all. After 15 minutes the lift came down and there was no one there when it opened. We went to centre management to report the matter. We explained our concern to her and all she wanted to know was where Cody was. She left and came back with an excuse that there was a technical problem. My Mother and I understand that things like that can happen, but we are very disappointed how she handled the matter. She had no concern about our experience and safety at all. She had no sensitivity for the trauma we went through.
