It doesn't matter which MTN branch you call, nobody ever answers their phones and when you call the call centre then the attitude is "how must we make them answer their phone"? You cannot complain either as the complaints department only deals with e-mails? With this kind of service, I am not sure how MTN stays alive, I am now tired of this and will port all my family and my numbers.
