My account was running perfect for 6years, and suddenly the last 6 months I get bills between R2000 and R4000. Called, complaint, went to separate branches, still not sorted. I had enough of this, they don't send me statement anymore and cant explain what happened. I am cancelling my contract today, and cant wait to change to another service provider.
