I have insurance with MTN and my 3 week old Z10 is damaged and I can't get through to the 0831236084 number. You hold for over 15 minutes of repeated adverts by the machine which is very irritating to listen to.
Anyway finally I got through to the consultant through the 808 number and lodged a claim. They promised to collect the damaged phone and up till now there is no feedback.
I have a phone which I can't use and I guess I would have to wait and see.
