REFUND NOT BEING PAID & FREE PHONE NOT RECEIVED

I entered into an 8ta contract for a Blackberry which had a free 2nd phone with it. When I received my phone it was a Nokia with no 2nd phone. I was told that I was wrong and that it was not a Blackberry and they have no idea where I got the idea of a 2nd phone from. I left it at that as I felt I would not win against a big company. Then earlier in 2013, months after my contract ended, I was contacted by a Vanessa from 8ta 0219446800 stating that they owe me R681.96 due to overpayments by myself. The money never arrived in my bank account. Eventually after months of phone calls I got hold of a Lucky who told me the actual amount was R938.66 and that it would be paid out on 31/07/2013. Nothing. I had my attorney write to 8ta but no response was received. Please help me get my refund.
