1) My Cell C BIS showed as if it was activated on the last day of BIS but when i called the call center they told me that its was expired. When i recharged & tried to activated BIS it keeps saying supplimentary error, please call 140. when i try to call that number is gets disconnected.
2) the first time i called the call center the guy on the line could not hear me very well so i told him please hold while i move to a better reception area which took me 30seconds, while i was doing so he said please call us back & hung up on me.
3) The network is very weak & for the area that i am in (Central Durban), i expected better network coverage at the least. if its like this here, how bad is it in remote areas.
