Ported over to CellC about 3 weeks ago. Took 1 week and mixed SMSs fro the operator. Didnt even know if my port request was sucessful or needed to be reapplied for at one stage.
I am already regretting this as even a request at the call centre to activate a 1 month hybrid contract was not completed by the date requested.
I phoned in on Monday/Tuesday this week and requested activation on the 1 August and not surprisingly it was not carried out.
Only reason I am with CellC is because of the low rates. Comon Vodacom, drop your rates so that I can get back!
