Incorrect Billing Amount Deducted

I took out a contract in July/August 2012, two numbers under my name. Been paying diligently for a whole year and on the 01 August 2013 i noticed that i paid more than what was usually deducted on a monthly basis on my account. I quickly searched my online statement via MTN SP and it just made no sense at all, was totally confused...now im actually starting to panic!! I could only see my initial contract number giving me visual aspects of a non understandable statement and i have no way of seeing the progress of the other number, nonetheless i find this to be highly unusual. i tried calling your call centre but my patience runs thin when i hold forever. Could someone please give me some clarity on what is exactly happening before resorting to make unethical decisions. Anxiously waiting for your response.
