Riael, Rotzane the worst client service officers

Vodacom employees are the worst in the business. I got a new IPhone 5 in January 2013. The phone kept on dropping the line and was replaced several times. I dealt with Rotzane who advice me that the Engineers are working on the problem. I requested another phone and was told that he will speak to his supervisor. 4months later and so many calls to them, my contract has been cancelled. I called and spoke to Riael, the rudest and biggest in the world, told me that he will rectify the problem and will get back to me. I drove to Vodacom Midrand and spoke to Ray. He called Riael who told him on the phone that it is at finance and he is awaiting authorization and he is waiting feedback but he is on his way home. Today I called but he was not available. I left several messages. After a called just about the whole company. I got hold of him in the afternoon and his response was that Vodacom in not going to rectify the problem as they were very helpful towards me in exchanging the brand new phone. I told him, but yesterday you told me it was at finance waiting approval. He told me that he made a decision on behalf of the company and that is his right. He consulted nobody!!!
