I have been to the N1 City branch more than 3 weeks ago to have my mobile landline phone fixed or replaced. Neotel informed me that that particular phone was out of stock and would revert back to me. It has been so long that I am without a phone, I made many phone calls to them and eventually send them an email to complain about their bad service. I received one call from a Joburg no to enquire about my query but still no solution.
