So one week later and still passing the buck. Autopage (my service provider) that have been paid keep stating that airtime from customers is a MTN policy. MTN says they want to improve cutomer service to me.
Please let me know who is lying and and if I could expect this matter to be resolved in like, lets say my lifetime still.
