I dont know what it would take for MTN to respond to my complain, i logged a compain in March 2013 Ref:19994494, 1994463 and no one bothered to contact me, i signed up a conteact with MTN direct in 2010 which was a package of a blackberry & a 40inch LCD TVwhich i never recieved till this day. Everytime i call the helpdesk all iget is attitude & no assistance at all. When i went to to westgate branch for an upgrade i fill in forms 7 gave my bank acc details where they will be able to debit their instalments monthly but non of that has been happening and now my acc is in arrears because of someone not doing their job all i want is my acc to be rectified so i can make a reasonable arrangement to pay them & the TV i was promised & paid for.
