I'VE OPENED A CASE OF

I discovered that I was unknowingly subscribed to something called Kulavillecom and was charged R7 a day since march. When enquiring how this happened, MTN said it is not their problem, I must take it up with Mira Networks or WASPA. I haven't a clue who or what this is, but when I calls the number on the text I received, it says, do you want to subscribe. Ref no 1970947. How does MTN KNOWINGLY allow this to happen. This is the 3rd up on my account in 3 months. I'VE HAD ENOUGH MTN!!! Mira networks, I've opened a case of with the commercial crimes unit when you call them, the just have a pre recorded message saying what their operating hours are, so you can't speak to anyone about getting your money refunded, with interest! Bu the police will take it from here!
