Cell C
No service and poor quality product

I have now exhausted every means i have of contacting cell c and attempting to get things fixed and nothing has been done.

My internet dongle software does not function correctly (despite having uninstalled it and reinstalled it everytime i restart as per instruction of the call centres, as well as updating it and testing the sim card in other phones) and furthermore the signal just drops every two seconds and i can no longer use the internet.

I am tired of being told to do the same thing over and over and cannot even get service in the branches. the call centre has now told me three times that they will log a call but nothing has been done.

Quite frankly this service is just poor.
