Peugeot Woodmead Shocking Customer Service

Peugeot South Africa states their "After Sales Promise" on their website [URL Removed]
Point 6 refers "You will be given a reliable completion date and or time, and kept informed of any change that might impact on the date and the cost of the repair."
My car went in for repairs and a service at Peugeot Woodmead on 6 Dec 2013. I was told I'd get my car back the same day but by 3.30pm I had not heard anything. I only received a quotation by email at 5.45pm. So no work had started, nor had anyone kept me informed.
I gave them the go ahead on Monday 9 Dec. I was told I would definitely have my car back the next day. Clinton Hodgkiss said he would keep me informed. He never did. He every time I spoke to him. I never received my car back yesterday. Today I spoke to the manager who informed me that no work has started on the car yet and the earliest I can get it back is 17 Dec 2013 but that he couldn't promise me. I was livid.
Peugeot Woodmead provides shocking customer service and completely wasted my time. I collected my car this morning (having now lost 5 days) and I never received an apology. I got mislead terribly and feel so deceived.
