NO DEFINED ANSWERS

I have just recently moved from MTN, to Cell C, THEY HAVE ALL THESE GREAT ADDS move over to us and when one does this, you get treatment, now i cannot receive call on my old number and nobody can figure out why, they give you all these stupid codes to type and that never works, i had to go buy two sims because it might have been the sim and still no joy i have wasted 5 DAYS OF MY Time, and none of them can give you a direct answers, with no Joy, i think they are incompetent, and full of, if they cannot do what they say they can, then they should obviously not advertise these stupid adds
