I've complained to Cell C before. This time Sipho called me and told me that investigations had shown that they cannot fix the problem of THEIR PATHETIC SIGNAL in Parklands, Milnerton, Cape Town. I appreciate it that he actually called because my previous complaints (all about Cell NO C and their pathetic signal) were also not resolved. I would appreciate it if Sipho (I do not have his surname) please contact me so that we can discuss my options as it is clear that Cell NO C sold me a service they cannot deliver.
