I would like to express my gratitude of the service given by Romano and an unknown lady, who worked with him on 11 July 2013 and 12 July 2013.
They are truly an asset to Cell C, for not just rendering their ervice but also going the extra mile for their clients. They charasmatic nature really was really adoptive and for a moment whilst in ther company, I could just forget about things that troubled me.
There is no doubt, that i would refer others to Cell C. Their helpful manner and patience was really noticeable. I thank you again for the Best service I had received from them. Their fellow colleagues can adopt their style. for they certainly need to more training in customer service, believe me i know... I myself coming from a industry where customer services is the order of the day.
