WORCE SERVICE IN MY LIFE

Lost my sim card, needed a basic sim swap. Was told an affidavit was needed, got the affidavit but no feed back at all. Phoned in about 10 times and could not get through, then finally was on hold for about 30min and someone picked up the phone. Asked for feedback could not get any because supervisor was not on duty, had to buy another sim card next day, same thing happened phoned in about 10 times, spoke to about 7 consultants, all consultants escalated problem and NO RESPONSE. Whats the point of having a superviser if nothing gets done. All consultants did not know how to handle situation and had to refer the query to there supervisors and i had to wait on hold for long periods of time. No correlation between night shift and day shift staff as they have no idea of who works in each shift and have bad attitudes towards customers when asked why no help can be provided. Still waiting for feedback and have to buy a 3rd sim card!!! Mtn service is frustrating, appalling and ruined my days plus my query is still unresolved!!! Most poor service i have ever experienced!!
