Extremly horrible service

I am extremely upset with have been a customer for 2 years i have endless problems with 8ta.
i decided to cancel my contract and took time out from my busy weekend to go to the greenstone store to do the cancellation as i know that nothing is done with this company correctly over the phone.
i then get a call 2 weeks after i did my cancellation to upgrade i found this strange so i called in to find out the person that did my cancellation has resigned and most defiantly did not do the cancellation.
even more annoying was to find out that the guy was actually just helping greenstone out and was stationed at trade route mall.when i ask for a manager guess what there is no manager no one can help.so i called trade route spoke to a guy called oscar who managed to help me get the contract cancelled thanks oscar. well the cancel is cancelled but i requested to please Port my number to prepaid and it now day 5 and my number is not yet active.i am so frustrated as i call everyday and no one can help me all they do is play a today tomorrow game .yet they are so quick to debit from my account today but cant provide proper customer service.
