Me and my dad had a problem with my adsl line for months, and Telkom never followed up properly on it. I eventually put my foot down and between Zama, Mali and Enoch this problem was resolved and I am now enjoying proper connection speed that I never had before!!!
I want to thank them and I want Telkom to know who they are and that they are the sort of people that deserve recognition for being serious about service as I did not enjoy the same experience with the bulk of other people I dealt with.
These guys were at the Springs call centre and Enoch is the technician.
I hope the line remains as quick as it is thank you.
