I have a Telkom ADSL line at home and I pay R399 per month for my ADSL.
Telkom has sent me an invoice and they have just decided to increase my monthly rate without notifying me beforehand - I never received an email, letter, phone call or SMS to state that my monthly rate will increase.
That is ILLEGAL!!! I will not tolerate this from anyone and will take this matter further unless this is dealt with correctly by Telkom and I am given fair notice about this - because I will be cancelling!!!
Telkom forgets there are so many competitors out there!
