By the time you read this message it will already be too late. My number was changed to prepaid today and some of my airtime disappeared. I tried phoning the customer service and some message says all line are currently busy and I should phone back later. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT?? Usually you wait in a line, not phone multiple times back to hear the same message over and over again. I phoned the contract department from my other MTN number (yes unfortunately I have more than 1) They just transferred me and I had to listen to the same again. As MTN don't want to help me I WILL port my number today. YOU ARE BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.
