I have been with MTN for like 3 years now, my first initial 2 year contract was, they charged me for 2012 period from jan to Oct R42k and i was very upset, regardless of this i went to MTN to find out if my contract was up for renewal and i was going to walk out of there and go find out about other contacts at vodacom cause i didnt want to be with MTN. I spoke to a lovely guy that was cheerful and helpful and i was happy to stay with MTN because of him, i got my new S3 and was happy, a friend asked me if he could lend my Iphone which i was not using for a little while and i said no prob, the phone subsequently got and i just called MTN to claim for insurance and they tell me that if some one elses sim card is in the insured phone then its not covered, so please explain to me how i have 2 phones and 1 sim card how i must now use both phones in case that get??? shame on mtn they are a disgrace, i have been paying R160 odd for the past 2 years and now they wont claim, i have pretty much paid the value of the phone off just in insurance and they wont claim, disguisting service.
